Wait for it...

Just so ya'll know, the 'O' on my keyboard is not working very well.  I have to punch it before it will work.  *sigh*  I guess I have had this computer for 4 years... Jack's gone through like 5 computers in that time.  (Apple vs. Microsoft... just sayin'.)

I have a lot to say, particularly about Massachusetts and my mission, but I have to figure out a way to also share some pictures, so I'm gonna wait.

Just know that, while I'm still sifting through my feelings of my own mission, I still think it's awesome that the missionary age limit for women has been dropped to 19.  SO many more sisters can go on missions now... so many more opportunities.

A'ight.  Peace out for now.

ART

I just spent a goodly portion of today soaking in art in various forms.  It has been a lovely Friday!

This came across my pinterest homepage, so I hopped over to the original source.  Lots of time spent enjoying this blog:  http://elviestudio.blogspot.com

Then I was introduced to some awesome music.  It just makes me feel free and happy.

I need to believe and live by this saying more often:

Look at this guy...

I think it's a guy anyway...

I met him this weekend.  I had him eating out of the palm of my hand in no time.

(Not metaphorically speaking...)

Have you ever had an alpaca eat out of your hand?  It's awesome!  His soft little lips just brush your hand and before you know it, you're smitten and must have one.

That's my experience, anyway.

I went to Apple Hill with this cutie patootie family.  (Remember how I told you about my awesome coworkers?  She's one of them... and I have my job because of her and the littlest guy on her lap, thankyouverymuch.  Maternity leave is awesome.)

It was a beautiful day for apple and pumpkin picking, good food, and fresh air.

Have I mentioned before how much I love Apple Hill?  I love it.  I really think farm life is for me.

Happy almost October, folks!  I guess I'm ready to face the facts -- it is Autumn, so break out the cider and the scarves!
